Are your cremations performed locally in Bendigo?
We understand it is important to know where your pet is taken for cremation. All our cremations are performed in our purpose built cremation facility in Eaglehawk, Bendigo.
I work during the day and wondered if you would be able to come out and collect my pet in the evening?
Absolutely. We understand that losing a pet can happen at any day or time, which is why we are available at all times including weekends and public holidays. Please call us on 03 5446 1180.
I was told by a friend that I have to take my pet to the vet after she passes away, however I would prefer for her to be collected from home. Are you able to do this for me?
As part of our service, we collect directly from homes.
How long does the actual cremation take?
Depending on the size of the animal, the cremation service will take approximately two hours.
Do you cremate any animal?
Our service provides cremation for any animal under 80kg.
Are ashes returned to my home or local vet?
All ashes are returned to your designated option.
What if I don’t want my pet’s ashes returned?
All ashes will be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
